Peconic Community School (PCS) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 independent progressive school on the North Fork of Long Island, founded in 2012 by sisters Liz Casey and Kathryn Casey Quigley. PCS offers academic programs, as well as summer and afterschool programming, to children ages 3 through Grade 8. Now in its 13th year, Peconic Community School comprises a community of 95 students and 25 faculty/staff and operates in a leased space on the former Sacred Heart Parish campus in downtown Cutchogue, NY. PCS is committed to offering accessible progressive education, and XX% of students receive full or partial tuition remission based on need. Peconic Community School is accredited by the NY State Association of Independent Schools and recognized as a full member by the National Association of Independent Schools.
